7-inch, Santoku, Black Matte

With its thin, razor-sharp blade, this 7-inch santoku knife is perfect for precision kitchen tasks. Santoku – Japanese for “three virtues” – excels at three cutting techniques: expertly mince shallots, slice cucumber, and dice onions with this Asian-style all-rounder. The hollow edge blade has small indentations, known as grantons, that prevent food from sticking while cutting.

Find the perfect fit for your home kitchen with All*Star knives. Choose your own end cap color for a personal touch. The newly designed, ergonomic handles are shaped for the most comfortable grip. They hug exceptional German blades that are precision forged from a single piece of special formula steel. Combined with ZWILLING’s signature ice-hardening technique, these FRIODUR blades are harder, sharper, they will not stain or chip, and they retain their sharpness longer. Each All*Star knife comes in 100% plastic-free packaging so you can cut in good conscience.
