8.5-inch, Traditional Deep Skillet, Black Matte

The ultimate everyday pan, the new STAUB 8.5-inch deep skillet brings compact convenience to your stovetop (and table!). Like a sauté pan and fry pan in one, our skillet boasts all the features of a fry pan combined with higher, straighter sides, which means less splatter on the stovetop. Sear, saute, bake, broil, fry, and braise in this do-it-all-pan that brings new life to your kitchen.

Deep sides and a generous 1.75-quart capacity is ideal for a puffed Dutch baby, personal pizzas, cornbread, cobblers, and perfectly seared steak. Combining rich tradition and exquisite craftsmanship, this versatile powerhouse brings beauty and function to every occasion.

Our STAUB enameled cast iron requires no seasoning and possesses exceptional heat-retaining qualities. It heats evenly throughout, ensures exceptional browning, heat retention and distribution.

Rooted in French culinary heritage, STAUB cookware is beloved by professional and home chefs for its exquisite craftsmanship, exceptional performance, and timeless beauty. Each STAUB pan effortlessly and elegantly transitions from the oven to the table – you can cook and serve in the same dish.
