9.5-inch, Carbon Steel, Frying Pan

Bring the heat and sauté with ease with ZWILLING Forge Carbon Steel Fry Pans. Forged from a single piece of carbon steel and featuring an innovative and hardworking crosshatch pattern, the Italian-made Forge Carbon Steel Fry Pans are versatile, durable and your new high-heat multitasker, designed for the kitchen—and the campfire.

Lighter than cast iron, carbon steel can withstand higher temperatures than stainless steel, and will develop superior nonstick properties thanks to its rich patina.

The innovative crosshatch pattern along the interior brings richness to each meal, so you’ll enjoy elevated flavors with every use. The oils that are released during cooking infuse into the crosshatches and are redistributed into your food, intensifying flavors and aromas. As the seasoning deepens, frying eggs and cooking delicate pieces of fish become effortless while minimizing the need for additional butter and oil.

Made for the fearless home chef, ZWILLING Forge blends indoor and outdoor cooking so you can enjoy cooking wherever your heart takes you. Effortlessly transition from cozy campfire meals under the open skies to oven and stovetop dishes indoors on busy weeknights. With proper care, these pans are made to last a lifetime.

Hot Tip:

The skillets feature a coating of oil to prepare them for seasoning and prevent rust. To ensure longevity of your carbon-steel pans, simply wipe clean after each use and re-season with a light coating of oil.
